An American woman decides to uproot her 9 year old daughter (for the second time in two years) from their carefree, sunny, almost perfect life in the Middle East and move to England to be with the man of her dreams. How hard could it be to live in England? Upon arriving and starting her new life in the most western region, Cornwall, she finds not only does she struggle more than she ever imagined, she realizes she is also a civilian living in a military world.
